King Crossings Apartments

King Crossings Apartments is part of new 25-acre master-planned community by San Jose Transit Village Partners, LLC. This property is approximately ¼ mile from the proposed Berryessa BART Station. There will be a total of 800 new residential units comprised of market rate townhomes and condominiums, market rate rental apartments, two affordable rental housing developments, and a one-acre public park. Adjacent to the King Crossings Apartments will be a 35-unit development by Family Supportive Housing which will provide housing for families transitioning out of homelessness. The King Crossings Apartments will include 94 units of permanent, affordable rental housing. The development will also contain a variety of community spaces including a multi-purpose room, staff and service provider offices, community kitchen, fitness center, laundry and public restrooms, and an outdoor play area for the children.
