Belovida

 

Belovida will bring 27 affordable senior apartments and one manager’s unit to the City of Santa Clara. This development is a collaboration between Charities Housing and CORE Affordable Housing, LLC. The development will feature 27 one-bedroom, energy efficient apartments, most with private balconies and patios. The “mission style” community will include an interior courtyard that will contain garden areas, sitting areas and provide a socially integrated setting for its residents. Other community spaces in the development include a 1,200 square foot community room with full kitchen, library with seating area, laundry, and property management and service offices. The development will be located at the corner of Main Street and Warburton Avenue in Santa Clara, with great access to public transportation and senior services and surrounded by a mixture of long established homes, local businesses and Santa Clara University. Construction is expected to begin in September 2008.
