Campbell Avenue Homeownership

This development is designed to meet the lack of affordable homeownership housing in Santa Clara County. The development will provide 40 units of single family residences for first time homebuyers. The primary objective and measurable outcomes of this project is the creation of new housing units affordable for low and moderate income households. The development will feature energy-efficient homes located near public transportation, schools and parks. Downtown Campbell is located approximately half a mile east. Homeowners will have access to pre- and post-purchase homeowner-ship counseling. Homeownership is a critical part of the continuum of housing that creates a healthy and balanced community. It is vitally important that teachers, police, firefighters, social services and public sector employees are able to live near their place of employment and participate fully and completely in the communities.
