Los Gatos, a seven-unit complex, and 220-224 Los Gatos, a six-unit complex
located in the Town of Los Gatos, were acquired by Charities Housing
through the generosity of an anonymous donor. The two complexes have a mix
of studio, one, and two bedroom units and serve very low-income families.
Rehabilitation costs for these two projects were financed by Catholic Charities,
lenders for community development, and the County of Santa Clara.
